This is the unknown Harris A4 message that is being broadcast frequently.

What I should have done before I erased the phantom channels is take note of some of the weird channel resolutions, then searched the log for those channels / frequencies to find any associated messages. But that would be easy to do moving forward. It was interesting that I didn't see corrupted messages as I was expecting, but the logs are huge and I was just doing a cursory scan / quick look.

But I did notice that message and have no idea what it's about - seems like some sort of inside joke -- "Fonzi"?
