Unknown Placer County Callsign

I've been hearing 'Placer King 53' on the PCSO frequencies lately.... anyone know what this is? I know Placer 12/13 __ K is is a K9 unit and numbers like 1107 are probation, but I have no idea what this K53 is.

Could it be Kings Beach?

Found out that it's King for K9 and the deputy's badge number is 53(?), and he's not assigned to a particular beat. Also 1107 is a normal deputy not assigned to a beat, with a 1 in front of the badge number to make a callsign.
