Unknown Project 25 TRS

Last night, I was hearing a Project 25 control channel on 856.0625 MHz, from here in Southeastern Michigan. I have searched all over the place and can't find who it might have been. Does anyone know what system operates on a TRS on this frequency in the Great Lakes region?

That freq is under the Oakland County TRS system... however it is not a control channel or a back up. So i dont know if it may have been oakland or not...

Could also be Western Michigan University System out of Kalamazoo.

The Oakland County Motorola, and Western Michigan University TRSs both run 3600 baud data channels. The one I was receiving was operating at 9600 baud, and had a strong signal at my QTH. However, I have no idea where it was coming from.

Ron, there is a new feature in the 3.1 release today that will let you search the entire database for an identified frequency - on the database homepage choose the search by state... then choose last option for state "-Entire Database-" and search from there.
