Unknown system in Clinton

Hey all,
I went through Clinton the other night and picked up 2 different frequencies with a common system ID.

000Ah-0202 854.1125
000Ah-0101 854.4625

Any body know what this is? There was no activity on it. Just wondering if this is part of the switch over to MWIN.

Umm City of Jackson Harris P25... Is very little traffic on it, some JDPW, and JATRAN. All of the rest of Hinds is on the HCTRS, and MSWIN with everyone going MSWIN in the near future.

I know Clinton is planning on upgrading their system soon.

The entire County including Jackson is going to the MSWIN. This will be happening over the next year or so. The current Multi Layer Smart Zone Simulcasts will be upgraded to P25 and converted to MSWIN Simulcasts. Unknown as to if all the sites will be switched, or the final deadline for this. The only ones not moving to MSWIN are Jackson Public Works, and JATRAN as far as I know. Those will continue to opperate on the Jackson DPW P25.
