Unknown/TGID

So let me start off by saying I’m new to the scanning scene and trying to figure this new world out. So I have the BCD436HP, and I keep getting channels on the NC VIPER System that keeps coming up as unknown. Is there a way to find out from the TGID, where this is coming from?

I have a Favorite’s list for Pitt County NC only, and this TGID ( C353h ) is just one out of several, that keeps popping up as unknow, and sounds like it’s in another county that I don’t want. So I just want to find out where there coming from.

It's possible that it's a TG assigned to the Wilson County Sheriff's office since their Hex is C353.

How did you figure this out? Can you walk me through it? Like I said, I’m very new to this and trying to learn on my own since I know no one else that does this.
