Jones SO is in the clear full time. I haven't heard any encrypted traffic since buying my new digital scanner a couple of months ago.

I'm not hearing any Jones Co. Sheriff traffic, but it might that's it's just Christmas and not much going on.
What all are you hearing in Jones co. ?
