Updating main database

Just wanted to know if anyone’s having trouble updating the main database in Sentinel. It does not seem to connect to their server. Wondering if it is down or is it on my end.

Does it timeout after a minute or so?
Does it give you a warning or error message? If so, please post what that says.

I find it very slow to start the actual download but it works fine otherwise.
I download the HP1 and x36HP/SDS versions each week.

It appears to be working now. Thank you everyone for the help

It may have been some kind of not secure website error. After I loaded another computer and tried it a not secure message came up on the computer. It said something like load anyway. I clicked yes knowing that the Uniden websites must be secure and okay. After that it appeared to work. The weird thing is I never got that message when I was on my laptop. When I clicked OK it worked on all computers. Anyway thank you everyone for the help.
