Upgrading to Premium

Hello all and pleasant day,

Just starting in amateur radio world. Excuse my ignorance, I was wondering how long it takes to get the account upgrade after you've paid. Any tips are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It should be immediate, once you have paid and logged back in using the credentials. You might need to log out and back in.

Thanks for the reply. I tried that a couple of times and still no luck. Paid in bitcoin about 3-4 days ago and still has me listed as a free user. Does anyone know who/how to ask the Admin guys/girls about this??
