Is anybody in northeast NM looking for new sites on this system?

A couple months ago I found "new" site 3-148 during a band opening.
It could be somewhere between Roswell-Tucumcari-Amarillo-Lubbock. I'm not sure exactly where or what state it's in. It still has not been submitted to the database. It has to be local to somebody.
