I'm looking for some direction to programming USB communication with a BCD996T (win32 platform). Last time I've done app development was with Visual Basic years ago.
Ideally i'm looking to read the display tag in real time. I'm not looking for a package that already does programming and live data display, as I'm trying to create a custom app for a single purpose with the tag display.
