Monitored the USCG, Ponce Inlet, on 162.325, NAC 293. Did not get call signs. Another boat was having trouble and the CG vessel was going to tow them in. Since all communications were on this frequency guessing it was another CG vessel or perhaps Navy. However it was noted if they lost communication on that frequency they would go to Marine channel 16, 156.8.
