I need an SDR that allows me to display within the measuring range of the spectrum, in dBm peak values of frequencies.

The purpose is to perform EMC measurements.

I wanted by Favro if anyone knows any way to display these values with a HACKRF ONE.
Like what you can see with a spectrum analyzer, as shown in the following figure :

SDR for EMC measurements

I just retired from 34 years of EMC Compliance testing. I often thought
about SDR receivers for this purpose. About a year ago I did see one become available but
the pricing was high to the point a used spectrum analyzer made more sense.
Still, a small box and a laptop was pretty slick.

If your using it strickly for Engineering work it might be OK but for Accredited work
the one I did see did not meet the CISPR 16 standard required for appoval.

Who might know is Private Test labs who perfrom Accredited testing.

Table of freqs

What was your price range. I seem to remember the one I was looking at for work was in the $3-5K
range. Acessories could be purchased too.

If you doing these measurements just to get a list of freqs I would think SDR-RTL with software could
get you the list. This again is I am assuming you are strickly engineering.
The $20 dollar SDR-RTL with Sharp and maybe a free plug in could get you that list.
If your transmitting on these freqs you might need to build in some attenuation in front of
the $20 dongle I mentioned. Also, are you placing the EUT (Equipment Under Test)
in a chamber to remove ambient.

I understand that is so , but I require is to obtain the table with the list of frequencies and level.
