USFS frequencies

Law enforcement officers are using several frequencies in the Land Between the Lakes NRA in WKY and TN.
Traffic is heard occasionally on 168.0250 with several NAC values of 40B, 455 and 526.
The majority of the traffic is simulcast on 168.0250 NAC 61F and 172.5125 NAC 455.
This information is contrary to that provided on RR so I`m a little confused.
Anyone have any information or ideas that they can share?

I am not all that knowledgeable on the subject but found some information "Wide Area/Linked Repeaters" and "Stand Alone/Single Repeaters"
Could this be the case?

The individual repeater sites and the various NACs. Evidently a linked system of some sort.
I was able to monitor the system and heard the sites identified by the users.
