I really don't want to spend $30 at http://www.nationalradiodata.com

Some time ago a PDF made its way here but I guess it didn't make it into the DB. I don't have it at the moment but I do have 396 UASD files for California USFS & NPS. PM me if anyone is interested. They should work for the 246 too I think.
