For those that might not know, MultPSK is probably one of the more complete digital decoding programs for HF and above. The issue does come from the fact that the interface is very clumsy (evidently Delphi - the language this app is written in - can't do pulldowns). But it is very powerful and interfaces with several programs
Paolo Romani IZ1MLL (the author of the SDR# Big Book) has put together a document that describes how you can interface the Airspy HF + Discovery to MultiPSK by using a few apps. You can find the PDF document here
Here is missing one link for the popular Virtual Audio Cable... here it is
If you have questions, please don't post them here, as Paolo doesn't know about this site. Rather I strongly urge you to join the MultiPSK reflector at groups.io. There you will find both Paolo and Patrick Lendecker F6CTE (MultPSK's author) there. Those 2 will be the best source for information
As an aside I see that there's work being done to interface with the Perseus SDR....Mike

Virtual Audio Cable (VAC) - connect audio applications, route and mix sounds
Virtual Audio Cable (VAC) - sound routing/transfer, integrating with DAW, SDR, VoIP, SIP. Simulates a multi-line audio adapter/card with loopback
