Without a scanner listed its kinda hard to give specifics. There are also many sensitive freqs in use that are not listed in the database. Your best bet is to go thru the database and look for anything you feel is sensitive and lock out or avoid. Also look at the Nationwide freq list.

Are you asking what Utah frequencies are encrypted? So you can lock them out?

There are not a lot, fortunately.

A simple database search will tell you what is/isn't encrypted.

If you don't want to listen to federal goverment frequencies then don't program anything within the frequency ranges listed here.
or from any of the lists in the articles here.
or the Federal section here.
That's it... I want to know what freqs they are using,
So, That I can program them into my receiver and the lock then out,
Anyways they are usually encrypt.
and spend my time look for other unknown freqs.

Are sensitive freqs ones that get offended easily?
Nope, They are the one I choose not to monitor,
I figure it's none of my business what they are doing.

Still a whole lot easier to just program what you want to listen to. You will spend hours trying to find and lock out anything and everything encrypted.

Don't assume the ENC is there, till you have tried it.
Despite the RR Nay sayers FEDERAL is NOT always 100% ENC

Not in this case,
I list sensitive frequency are those that are usually are encrypt and or the general public should not have any business monitoring.
And last, Are those in which are Officer Safety matters.

Why lock them out, just don't even Add them or scan that range of frequencies as listed by others already

I understand locking them out, in my radios if they are not in the list they show up on a wildcard search, if they are in there but locked out they do not stop on wildcard searches.
