Does anyone know where a CAP+ 854.3875 signal (found on Close Call in Utica) is originating from? While attending a meeting on Broad Street in Utica, my SDS100 recorded several Close Call hits on 854.3875. The transmissions registered as CAP+, using either Slot 1 or Slot 2, Color Code 1. This is the same frequency used by the Oneida County Correctional Facility in Oriskany. If you know the area, you will quickly recognize this isn't a Close Call hit from Oriskany. My first guess was the Oneida County Office Building. I checked the FCC site and found the Correctional Facility (license WPNP230), but there is no listing for Utica.
