v scanner folder help

hello im trying to find out how this works. i want to put some nj police frequencies in v scanner. then scan this. how would i do this. can u scan the v folders the same way as main memory. im reading manually just dont get it. ive tries several times to try this but no luck what so ever. say i want to put in jersey police in folder 2 how would i enter the frequencys then how would i scan this. now lets say i want to enter more frequencys into folder 3 can i scan 2&3 at the same time. just need help on how to enter frequencys in the folders- then how to scan them. thanks for youre help i forgot to mention that i deleted all of the pre programmed data thanks again

You can enter any valid frequency into a V-folder. However, to access the channels in the V-folder, you must load that folder into the active memory. This clears whatever is currently there.

So no, you cannot scan a V-folder directly. This means you cannot scan two folders.
