All it takes is a few inches of snow to get the VDOT frequencies to come alive. I've pored over the FCC records to come up with a listing of the repeater freqs and sites. Check out the map at https://maps.google.com/maps/ms?msi...0&ll=38.281313,-78.42041&spn=2.625853,4.93854
I live in Warrenton and I am hearing traffic on 47.20 and 47.12 repeaters (from my PSR500 indoors, at 4:15pm),,,seems hard to believe that I could receive 47.20 repeater located in Nelson County. Anyone else hearing traffic on 47.20 or 47.12 anywhere from Charville north and/or would know where this repeater is located for sure? Maybe a temporary repeater somewhere in NoVA,, who knows.
