VECC Fire - Direct Dispatch

as of 2218 VECC Fire is on direct dispatch. NO Gongs will sound, all stations to monitor VECC Fire 1 for calls. Also VECC Fire 5 was active as MANY incidents are occurring do to the severe T-Storms.
