Vertex EVX-539 DMR

Hello All:

I have a Vertex EVX-539 VHF analog & DMR hand-held radio, along with the Vertex CE142 software and a CT-106-compatable USB-to-Radio cable. The software andn cable work to program the radio with analog FM repeater channels here in metro-Boston, and I can setup DMR channels with frequency, Color Code and time slot, but I need to add the Talk Groups for the DMR repeaters and can't seem to translate Talk Groups into the CE142 software.

Can anyone help getting DMR Talk Groups into the digital programming for this radio?

Build those out under Digital/contact list/rx group list then assign them per channel in the main table under rx group list and contact no.

Thanks for the response. Your suggestion/directions worked and I have been able to program my Vertex EVX-539 hand-held radio for my local DMR repeater as well as analog/FM repeaters in the area.
