"Video Hold" ?

Monitoring Rahway PD today. A patrolman asks HQ to punch a card for a "video hold". My cop buddy happens to be on vacation this whole week so figured I'd ask here. At first I thought it might be a request for a video copy from an intersection camera but there is no camera where they were at. I've never heard this term before. Anyone know what this "video hold" is?

Could it have pertained to his in-car camera? I don't know how long they retain these videos.

That's what I was wondering but it just didn't sound like he meant that. I'll have to ask my buddy when he gets back from vacation..,.if I remember.
