VIPER and P25 in 1 scanner?

If i get a digital scanner would I be able to monitor two trunked radio systems?

I need to monitor NC Viper (Motorola Astro, 800mhz, Smartzone type II) and the new P-25 system that my county is about to upgrade to (Harris P-25 Phase I)

And suggestions on a scanner to do this? Best value would be great.

Any of the digital capable scanners will scan multiple / mixed systems.

Won't get into the Uniden / GRE debate as they both make good scanners, I have one of each but slightly partial to the BC996.
