Virginia STARS DOF Encryption

I am noticing TG 5070, SSP Staunton, has the dispatcher encrypted where the mobile units still usually are not. This started on Wednesday, but I figure in short order even the SSP will be encrypted in full.

Something going on with VDOT today. Northern SSP units are using Central Tac this afternoon. I guess its there designated backup.
