Visalia Shooting

Im still catching all the details of this but it sounds like there was a Visalia Police officer that was shot about 15 minutes ago. I wasnt able to hear the beginning of the whole ordeal, but there were officers screaming on the radio that "we are going to self transport to the hospital and to get the ****ing cars out of the way and make a path to the hospital. As of right now, I have heard nothing else other than a perimeter has been setup and SWAT has been alerted. This is located in the business district of Visalia on Center Sreet and Dudley. As soon as I hear something else, Ill be sure and update.

Update......A Tulare County Sheriffs Deputy was stabbed while serving an eviction notice. It is unknown what his condition is at this time. Apparently the suspect was taken into custody by SWAT and transported Code 3 to the hospital. I didnt understand the medic when he was calling the hospital, so I dont know why he was transported code 3.

He might have "fallen" before SWAT got to him and was hurt and SWAT just wanted to make sure he was ok.

So apparently they shot the guy and he lived. Deupty seems to be doing well, he was released from the hospital only after a few hours. Heres the article:
