Using RF direction finding, I've got the following site/antenna/tower location:
Site 1.1: 28.81090, -81.34052 (Why out here?)
Site 2.2 and 71.71: 29.22692, -81.03374
Site 10.10: Unknown
Site 40.40 and 856.9875 MHz: 29.28540, -81.06703

I think (purely based on RF observation and DSD decoding).
1. P25 sites are currently operating in site trunking state, because it seems like each site is doing their own thing, sometimes I can pickup a lot of voice traffic and radio registration/affiliation off a site, other times the same site can go dead silent for days.
2. Some of the EDACS frequencies are being moved to P25, at least for testing. I've seen frequencies popping up for Phase II or TDMA CC and be gone later
3. Wrong bandplan info (RFSS_STS_BCST) sends OTA causing decoding softwares like DSDFL to jump to incorrect frequency
Please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong

I think others and I have explained this. The site is located in Sanford for a reason, and that reason is to improve coverage in the extreme southwest area of Volusia County, such as DeBary. It's been on the air for 7 years now i think. I was told that the antenna for the Sanford site is actually facing Volusia. Even if it isn't, it still helps improve coverage. Although the further south you go on I-4, around the Heathrow area, the signal strength diminishes. That area is also rapidly expanding, and Volusia and Seminole counties do a lot of mutual aid as well.

Similarly, Volusia is building a site in Bunnell, Flagler County. It will be co-located at the existing Flagler site, located at Old Dixie Park.

LE 5 in volusia county Florida is gone. there are 7 LE channels. looks like LE 5 is the only one. They took our radios in the depts in Port Orange to upgrade to P25 so i think they moved to it. Any way of getting those freqs?

From what I've heard, some channels and radios are being worked on, and some changes have been happening in some other areas. I submitted some updated data and talkgroups. But it does seem the switch is coming soon, with the work that's been going on recently

I've noticed someone was going through their channel knob tonight and I was able to log some more TGs (some not currently in DB)

As of 1:30 PM today county EMS units were told to switch to P25. The P25 system is still patched with the EDACS system. AES on P25 but obviously still in the clear on EDACS through the patch.

A few weeks ago I decide to delete all p25 freqs and sites and tgs etc for the vol p25. This morning I was passing by and try to sit on a site 2,10 & 40. No luck it decides to change to a different freq. I have no idea why it did that on all 3 sites. The sds100 had no issues at all picking up vcfr and I did hear tac 6 and there was a bad wreck somewhere they had to airlift someone. When I go travel back through I’ll try sit a different place and see why it goes to a different freq and there’s no voice or control ch.
