Don't know if he's charging for these talks or not. That's why I combined that statement with "biding his time". It wouldn't surprise me if someone, maybe one of his corporate sponsors, is paying his expenses.
One more reason why I'm glad I haven't gotten sucked into the Twitter vortex.

Thomas - I think you are missing the point.
Vortex 3 doesn't exist. They weren't out chasing, and did not take a beating from any hail.
