Vote scan networks New York State?

Does anyone know if CBP and ICE have switched over to wide area vote scan networks in western NY yet? I know a lot of the states around us have made the switch.
In the past I have monitored the Border Patrol out of Rochester on 170.700 with a nac code of 301. Thanks

the only true way of knowing is to carefully monitor (DSD helps) and if you see activity (pings) but no audio, especially at shift-changes, then likely you are a Vote-Scan

that said, many are still Wide-Area but not Vote-Scan (NH/VT as two examples) for BP
but in those two states ICE is VS , BP Wide-Area and Customs is still normal single freq repeaters
