Vtac 39?

What frequency is Vtac 39?

I saw that in a previous thread that’s now locked that Smyrna was using Vtac 39 during a TACN outage. I can’t find this frequency anywhere, not even in the National interoperability field manuals posted online. I found Vtac 38, but not 39.

• I have know way of knowing if this particular frequency is correct or not.

In the current NIFOG VTAC14 is simplex but there is no Reference to pairing it for a VTAC39
There is the pairing of VTAC11-14 to make VTAC33-38, but not a 39
