Hello everyone. I spend some time in Wainwright on and off, so I bring my scanner to listen in and see what new talk groups I can find.

I’m a little stumped on what this could be, as I’m new to the AFRRCS. This morning around 1am I discovered a talk group 1397, unit ID 120006 and 3001. It was a dispatcher asking 24Charlie1 10-70?

I’m sure much smarter people than me will be able to help out because I have no idea what department that was I was hearing.

24C1 is a LE unit number and 10-70 is status check, so it was probably either municipal enforcement, or bylaw enforcement.
