Walker Co. went E?

I don't really know why the nodes for Walker county sheriff channel 1 are no longer available ? Even though they are using channel 2 with Encryption full time you can still here DPS units making traffic stops on Walker county SO channel 1 and talking to the county dispatcher ! I was driving through the country today and had my scanner on channel 1 and heard a number of traffic stops on highway 19 and actually passed a trooper who had just come to a stop, pulling over a vehicle and saw him talking on his Mic as it came through my scanner ! So apparently Walker county SO 1 is still active at least for DPS making traffic stops in that country

I have Walker Co and Huntsville PD channel 1 on my feed, but their is very rarely any traffic on it except for DPS, or occasionally another PD that is in the area.

Yesterday it was pretty active on so channel 1 about the time I was heading to Crockett on hwy 19. Not so much later when I was traveling through there to get to I-45 and head back to Galveston

Just was curious why the node's for Walker so channel 1 aren't highlighted in blue anymore or available since you can hear some DPS traffic there ?

I went through the nodes for Huntsville PD, there hasn't been anything new loaded for hours, however what I did hear from the past nodes, a PD unit asking the dispatcher his he was on the right channel and the dispatcher replied negative , the only thing after that was only one unit, 211 talking to dispatcher for the next several hours, leading me to believe that one unit had not switched over to channel 2 and the reason is probably and I hope I'm wrong but will be using channel 2 from here on out as the new encrypted dispatch channel

I think whoever was streaming channel 1 to calls node is no longer streaming it, so that is why it's not blue.
