I am coming to visit the above and would like to know what frequencies or trunking that I will need to program in my PSR800 to just receive Fire Department.

I believe the frequencies listed in the db are correct. Nassau County, New York (NY) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference
Their primary frequency for toneout and operations is 471.3125 and you'll hear some fireground activity on 458.3625. They put out a pretty good signal on both, so you should have no trouble hearing them.
