Washington Co. 2275 River Rd between Writt Rd. and Island Farm Green Rd (West Virginia side) a car into the river. One patient trapped in the partially submerged car which is on its side, 1 patient missing in the river and 2 patients with hypothermia on the bank Washington Co. onscene and going to the West Virginia side to assist Jefferson Co. Location is near Canal Rd and Millers Saw Mill Rd. Command requesting the Medical Examiner.
