There are some new conventional FM repeaters licenced to to CWS under WNSR611. They were being testing a while back when I got the tones, but now just Morse ID. One of the testers was talking about a link to VHF DMR, but no specifics. I can only guess a city public works on perhaps TVWD?
I figured a few more sets of ears with old 800 scanners might get some more info before actually submitting to the database.
