I haven't heard them in a while. Does anyone know if they have gone digital or changed their tones / frequency? I've been trying different settings on my scanner with no luck and could use some help. Thanks!

No OTA confirmations since 2014
a quick review of the FCC shows the same frequencies, nothing new, other than they do continue to re-license Low Band which had not been heard from in years...

Update: I added a P25 one freq system to my scanner added 460.350 to the site 1 frequency list and can now hear Washington County Sheriff again. It is digital and unencrypted. The scanner is also showing uid's. If they are using a NAC I have not been able to catch it yet.
(All I hear on analog 460.350 with no tone is the repeater identifying itself once an hour as WNVL220. Please share if any of you catch a NAC or hear them still using their old analog system, or any other helpful info.

Are they not using 460.3500 with a tone of 411 DPL anymore?
I don't pay much attention to my scanner when it breaks squelch on 460.3500 but I'm pretty sure I'm hearing the Washington County Sheriff frequency due to recognizing one of the deputies when he speaks.

I just emailed a sheriff's deputy I know and he did confirm that they've gone digital but he didn't know any of the frequency or tone info. He said he was forwarding my info to his captain. I'm not sure who will get back to me though.
My guess is that we're looking for a NAC # similar to what the Montpelier PD did when they went full digital a couple of years back: i.e - they kept the same frequency but the tone was then a NAC #.

Put in NAC 223 with that 460.3500 frequency and see what you get.
I just got a hit on it with someone signing off for the day.
Edit: As I entered that NAC into my FreeScan file, I noticed it was the same NAC # as the Montpelier PD...interesting!

I didn't find that NAC# until later this afternoon but I've gotten 3 hits on it. All of them was for signing off for the night!

As for my friend who is a sheriff in that county he told me last week that the sheriffs office went full digital says it was a stupid move and very unreliable communications throughout the county.

And it seems the Berlin VSP is struggling with their digital switchover. I heard on their analog channel that all communications were to be done on the analog frequency due to problems on the digital frequency.
When I do hear the Sheriff on digital, they're coming in pretty clear.
EDIT: Montpelier PD went digital a couple of years ago and their system seems stable.
I worked with a bunch of Washington Cnty Sheriff staff over Labor Day weekend, they are confirmed 460.350 Rptr P25 digital NAC $223 and using P25 digital full time now, no more analog. The event detail police officers, as well as daily patrol with traffic stops all on above now.
