Only one entry in the RRDB ID'ed specifically for Police. Most frequencies in post #2's screenshot (descriptions are cropped out) are Fire & OEM (Office of Emergency Management)

The Somerset County TRS does not have enough sites to allow Warren, Watchung, and Benardsville enough in-building coverage at the moment
