I see someone changed PD OPS 1 to encrypted today. Actually 2, 3 and TAC is also encrypted. For a small department they sure use alot of different TG's.

I am still hearing WPD Ops 1 on my radio. So its not full time encrypted.

This could be some radios that may need to be reprogrammed. When other systems have gone E, it was the same where a few TX's would be in the clear... and then slowly over time it trickled down until they were all Encrypted.
Surprised they didn't leave on in the clear channel. I liked how State Police did it, each Troop, Ex Troop L, has a Car/Car, Dispatch in the clear and Tactical encrypted channel. Lets them keep regular ops in the clear for public safety, and have the option to sue Encrypted for tactical ops.

WPD dispatch TG 101 is clear and always has been. WPD OPS 1 TG 102 is full time encrypted. Don't know what radio you're using if it's not full time encrypted on your end. Must not be a scanner.
