Watson W-901 Air-Gainer

Anybody compared this antenna on the VHF/UHF airbands to the Diamond RH77CA or Radio Shack 20-006? I've got the Diamond and wondering if the Watson will give me any improvement in reception?

I've used the 901, and apart from the poor mechanical contstruction, the performance on military airband is dire, and the VHF airband isn't too hot either.

Steer clear is my advice.
