Hi everyone I am a reserve police officer for city of waukesha police department and we had our march meeting last night and we had NIMS/ICS training. If you don't know what NIMS stands for it stands for national incident management system and ICS stands for Incident command system. We were talking to our captain and he just ordered over 80 new radios and the radio system should be rebanded by November.
