Waukesha County Frequencies

PRO-197, programmed for only Waukesha county trunking.
For Waukesha County there are 13 frequencies that the county will use.
While monitoring for the better part of a week now, I've noticed that
my scanner has not stopped on the upper 5 frequencies. (They all begin with 853.xxxx)
I have programmed in the Custom TTable entries, used the ARC-500 software, and double checked
everything I can think of.

My question is, do I have a problem with the programming OR isn't Waukesha County
using the upper frequencies?

I am monitoring Waukesha County from Germantown and the system is using the 851 and 852 freqs on this scanner.

853 Mhz frequencies

These five 853.xxxxx Mhz Waukesha County TRS frequencies are use for private communication and system overload when traffic uses more than the 851 and 852 frequencies can provide. The frequencies are 853.1000, 853.1375, 853.3500, 853.6875, and 853.7125. You will not see this happen too often. In fact, I have not seen this happen since re-banding began, but it will happen from time to time.
