Wayne Co. Frequencies

I live in Richmond, iN, Wayne Co. I have always been able to receive the Richmond Police Department. As of lately I cannot. I have reprogrammed my BCD396XT with the latest frequencies from Radio Reference using ProScan. I don't see any changes in the frequencies I was using before. Any help would be appreciated.

Are you scanning SAFET? That's where I hear them. Make sure you have the latest firmware as well.

Thank you for your reply. I just did update the firmware. I have uploaded Indiana Project Hoosier SAFE-T P25 for Richmond and Wayne Co. Did get it working. Some of the transmissions don't say who is transmitting. That is a bit confusing.
