Wayne County MARCS issue

Has anyone having an issue with hearing Wayne County MARCS systems? A friend said they seem not to be able to hear that system on their 999p2 in the Wooster area. Any thoughts?

No issue from Kent … from Summit simulcast sites .

I live in West Akron and have a scanner dedicated to the Wayne county MARCs system and have no problem hearing them on the Marshallville site
