anybody monitoring marine channel 16 in So Cal?
In Huntington Beach area a dolphin is trapped(?) in the harbor.
Coast Guard in on location with some radio traffic.
I am able to copy some of the radio traffic from 70 miles north in Oxnard Ca.
Most is on ch.16 and moved off to ch 22a, possible Coast Guard Aux.
