Web Player not opening and error

I have tried this on a few computers and get the same issue. When I click on web player from the drop down list and then click on the speaker web player does not display and gives me the following error on the bottom right of windows explorer.

Hi Chris, I believe RR has been having problems with the web player ever since the switch last month. The web player works fine for the archives but not for normal feed listening. You'll have to use one of the other players.

Thanks Jason, I'm sure that is probably noted somewhere but I didn't see it.
