I'm looking for a web site that I can put in a frequency and it will bring up what airport or company it belongs to, are there any web sites like that for aircraft.

U.S. Frequencies

This one you can input any airport and get a whole bunch of frequencies as well as telephone numbers and much more information: http://www.airnav.com/

You can click on any of the tabs and try the various searches available. I know of no other site, maybe just try a Google search. I have put in frequencies and was able to narrow the search down with a little effort.

Commercial airline frequencies in the VHF air band are generally licensed to ARINC. Not much help in figuring out which airline(s) use them. Ground frequencies can be licensed to individual airlines, but that is not always the case.

I think the only way to get that info is to monitor and compile a list, along with checking various scanner websites to see what others have found and posted.

Thanks dave I have been trying google searches for any sites but no help, I was just going through my list of aircraft frequencies and was trying too fill in the blanks, I think I'll do it they way I always did it and just put all the unknown frequencies into my scanner and listen to them, this always worked for me in the past and then you know for sure who is on the frequency.

I've also had some luck using google to search airnav, if you search for "airnav [state] [frequency]" it will usually pull it up. It won't give you airlines that use it but it may help tie a frequency to an airport.

Example: KSDL - 119.9

To add to this google search. You can use a google feature to only search the airnav.com website.

For example, enter the following in the google search form.

119.9 AZ site:airnav.com

or

119.9 site:airnav.com
