Someplace in the El Mirage area, around Grand and Dysart I have been hearing what appears to be recorded dog barks (3 "woofs" in a row) as well as a female voice saying something like "Squib, Squib, Squib" at seemingly random times on 467.6625, PL 91.5 (FRS Channel 12).
A few months ago I heard the same dog barking recordings on 462.550, DPL 734 from the same area.
I am leaning towards some sort of alert or alarm system, perhaps a door or gate opening alarm. Perhaps the dog indicates the back gate and the Squib the front or something.
Anyone in the area hear this and can offer any other ideas?
