Did you happen to bump the USB?
I tried to reproduce OP's same error by removing the USB connector but it's a different error.
Were there any plugins running? Or were off and you started it or were on and you closed it? I got that error once when trying to sync CloudMarkers. I shut down SDRUno and restarted it, then opened Cloudmarkers and tried to sync it again and it worked fine. I called that just a glitch...
That's an error where usually only the developer can trace back and fix as these sort of errors are "created" when writing the code 
A simple "turn on this" or "turn off that" would not help you So, please report back to the dev team with the error message as well as what the conditions were when you saw it.
