SDS100/SDS200: Weird serialnumber??

Bought a sds100 in Europe. It came with nxdn and dmr keys. Entered them and activated both without problem. Now I want to buy ProVoice key, so I register at myuniden.com. Registered with serial# under battery, and when entering esn from menu, it says ”checksum wrong”. But here’s the thing - my serialnumber doesn’t have a ”Z” in it. It has an ”A” instead. Also, when trying to register esn, the first five numbers is already pre-filled (38326), but my first five menu serialnumber is 38301. I have a 396xt and a homepatrol 2 registered since before, and bought extreme upgrade for the hp2, so registration has worked before. Anyone?

Use the ESN in the scanner menu.
