U/D: Flatbed semi vs a crowded car, 4 dead on-scene at least three more criticals, 1st chopper off-scene headed to Children's.

CSP ART, Captain, VA and PIO requested.

U/D: Medevac-1 to Children's 5 or 6 year old child who was ejected now in cardiac arrest and asystolic with CPR in-progress.

Regrettably the death toll from this accident with go to at least five.
