Are they going to have N PD & S PD go to phase 11 or will they be staying on DTRS?

Maybe in the year 2124 Weld N PD (talkgroup 1938) and Weld S PD (talkgroup 1946) are on the FRCC system.
These talkgroups currently have BOTH phase 1 and phase 2 transmissions occurring on them presently until all the radios are transitioned over to phase 2. If you are using a phase 1 scanner, you are only receiving half of the transmissions taking place on these talkgroups (especially on Weld S PD). Weld N PD appears to be mostly Phase 1 this morning while I'm typing this.
